1. The Promoter 

Oddfellows on The Park, Bruntwood Hall, Bruntwood Park, Cheadle, SK8 1HX (Company Registration No. 09338691). 

 

2. The Prize 

 

A wedding at Oddfellows on The Park on Saturday 2nd January 2027 for 40 daytime and 60 evening guests, comprising: set menu dining, evening food, drinks reception, wine with the meal, a toast with fizz, one night in the bridal suite, and a DJ. The date is fixed and cannot be changed. The prize is non-transferable and has no cash equivalent. Optional upgrades will be presented at the point of notification and are subject to separate pricing. All other wedding costs, including registrar fees, photography, flowers and transport, are the winning couple's responsibility. 

 

3. Eligibility 

 

Open to UK residents aged 18 or over who are engaged couples intending to marry. Employees of Oddfellows on The Park and Muddy Stilettos, and their immediate family members, are not eligible. 

 

4. How to Enter 

 

Entry is free. One entry per couple. Submit a video of 30 to 60 seconds to the email provided on the social media post and website between 15th May 2026 and midnight on 15 June 2026. The video must feature both members of the couple. By entering, couples confirm they hold the rights to the footage and grant the Promoter a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use the entry for promotional purposes. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not received due to technical failure. 

 

5. Selection and Voting 

 

Following the close of entries, the Promoter's team will select a Final Five at its absolute discretion based on the quality and character of entries. The Final Five will be announced on 22nd June 2026. and a public vote will open for seven days, closing at midnight on 2 June 2026. The couple with the highest number of votes will be declared the winner. In the event of a tie, the Promoter's decision is final. 

 

6. Winner Notification 

 

The winning couple will be notified by private message within 48 hours of the vote closing. If they cannot be contacted within seven days or are unable to meet eligibility criteria, the prize may be offered to the next highest-placed couple. 

 

7. Data and Content 

 

Personal data will be used solely to administer the competition and fulfil the prize, in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy at www.oddfellowsonthepark.com. Entry videos and finalist names may be shared publicly as part of the competition. The Promoter may use content produced in connection with the prize wedding for marketing and editorial purposes. 

 

8. General 

 

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or modify the competition if required by circumstances beyond its reasonable control. These Terms are governed by English law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
