Ross Chatburn has a strong Manchester culinary heritage, joining the team from Hotel Gotham, Tea42 and The Bells at Peover. A local lad; he grew up minutes from Oddfellows On The Park and spent many happy hours playing in Bruntwood Park as a child.
A dynamic chef who lets unsung ingredients shine, he takes great pride in drawing inspiration from his environment - not only through foraging through the 120 acres of Bruntwood Park but also by creating dishes inspired by the woodland,
waterways and parkland.
Look out for his homemade fir needle vinegar or his autumn dish of pigeon with colours inspired by the myriad of colours found in the park this time of year.
