Our Boutique Hotel is now recruiting for a Reception Manager to lead our Reception team at Oddfellows on the Park and play a key role in the Front of House experience.
Full of character and charm, exceptionally well presented and with fantastic customer service skills, you’ll give that all important first impression and be a consistent part of the guest journey.
Oddfellows on the Park is looking for the best individual to manage the day to day running of the Front Desk as Reception Manager.
Reporting to the General Manager and Operations Manager you’ll be responsible for leading a team of receptionists. The role is five days over seven covering both early and late shifts by rota, and is an integral part of the Front of House operation. We’re looking for a minimum of two years’ experience in Reception, and at least one year in a senior position in a quality establishment. Flexible and forward thinking, you’ll have a real talent for engaging with guests and handling a challenge with confidence.

We’re looking for an excellent Hotel Receptionist to join our reception team, who will play a key role in the Front of House experience.

Reporting to the Reception Manager you’ll be responsible for greeting and welcoming our guests and ensuring they have a smooth departure. You will be working on the rota basis including weekends covering both early and late shifts. Experience working in a hotel reception would be fabulous but a passion for customer service and high standards of personal presentation would be great. Great communication and organizational skills. Warm and approachable personality, you’ll have a real talent for engaging with guests and handling a challenge with confidence.
