We need an extremely talented Sous Chef at The Galloping Major.
Reporting directly into Head Chef we are looking for a gifted and capable chef to act as his right hand person. You’ll need to have excellent experience in a similar role, be passionate about cooking and brimming with menu ideas. We’ll be looking for an individual that is as highly-motivated, enthusiastic and energetic as our Head Chef, sharing his delight for food, ingredients and innovation.
Ideally you’ll have experience in fresh, seasonal British cooking. You’ll be able to assist with the management of all Health & Safety and Food Legislation. Training and motivating the Kitchen Brigade is a given. You’ll be a career-focused, driven individual looking to make their mark on the culinary world.
