Oddfellows Hotels are independently run and passionately delivered. Named after the band of misfits that was historically the Oddfellows society, we like our team to be as individual as our hotels.
Our employees are the crux of our business. They work and play hard, go more than the extra mile for our guests and understand that the only way to be great in hospitality, is to deliver with enthusiasm and panache. We like hotel experience but ultimately, it’s the individual that matters. In return, employees are looked after really well. We reward them, train them and we let them play a creative role in the way this exciting business is developing.
