We’re now recruiting for a Reception Manager to lead our Reception & Nights team and play a key role in the Front of House experience. If you’re gregarious yet totally discreet, playful yet responsible, get a real buzz from the front-line Reception environment and can inspire others, then we want to hear from you.
We’re passionate about great service and giving our guests a terrific experience, and we know that this is all down to having the right people with us. Full of character and charm, exceptionally well presented and with fantastic customer service skills, you’ll give and ensure that all important first impression and be a consistent part of the guest journey.
The role is five days over seven covering both early and late shifts by rota, manager on duty shifts and an integral part of the Front of House operation. We’re looking for a minimum of two years’ experience in Reception, and at least one year in a senior position in a quality establishment. Flexible and forward thinking, you’ll have a real talent for engaging with guests and handling a challenge with confidence.
